Welcome to our little sparkle of the earth. Here, our farm rests on a foundation of rich, stubborn red clay. It tests our patience, gets stuck in our nails, and makes digging a simple hole a true test of grit. Hopefully, we can reverse all the white hair back to our original brown. We are learning as we go and even though the boulders hidden in the ground sometimes ruins our equipment, we are deeply enjoying the journey. Nothing like soil to bring you back to life.

Our flow:

• Regenerative Roots: We appreciate the earth by building up the soil. For this we want to use clean inputs like non- GMO seeds and homemade compost. We use the local county extension to test our soil.

• Wise Mentorship: We first thank our parents for introducing farm life to us via our family business in halal meat. We also thank our Filipino grandparents who loved raising chickens and made our childhood farm visits a wondrous and magical place! Modern times have blurred what’s important, so we also visited Polyface Farm, a regenerative farm system to learn directly from Joel Salatin himself.
